Ability to Save Measurements in a Saved View or Measurement List with Visibility Controls

Similar to Navisworks Viewpoints, Measurements should be able to be saved to a view and not stay on in the model after you navigate away from the saved view. Or Measurements should get saved in the Model Tree (or similar) so you can control visibility and group measurements.
